The location was fantastic, situated in a wonderful area near a variety of restaurants and shops, and the room provided was top-notch, featuring a comfortable bed and a full-size refrigerator.

Staff, specifically the front desk and housekeeping! We were denied clean towels due to a "shortage" and the rooms were never cleaned by the housekeeping staff. Towels used the first night were not replenished upon request and the woman (slim black woman with no name badge was rude and unwillingly to assist.

Friendly staff made check-in and check-out process smooth and easy. The location was awesome and already looking forward to heading back to California 🏖️.

Everything I liked

I loved staying here! Having a studio setup was a cool idea. It was so handy having a kitchenette in the room. My bed was super comfy, I slept like a baby. The location was perfect, with lots of chain restaurants nearby. 🍴

The GM was able to get me checked into a room before check in time and even upgraded my room to a suite for myself and my boyfriend whom I was visiting for the weekend from NY. All the staff we encountered were very courteous and welcoming. The suite is extremely spacious and provided us with everything we needed and more. We liked the Wi-Fi speeds, basic cable, and I liked the laundry facilities and small grab and go breakfast.

The beds were rock hard and towels very old. I'd like to see new beds with less firmness, as well as newer towels. The towels I had in the room were very rough to the touch, and had a few stains in them. There were also stains in the bedspread, but Housekeeping was prompt in coming and switching the sheets out for us.

Affordable hotel with clean rooms, a great choice for a stay here!

The room we got was super new and tidy, with a cozy bed and a handy kitchenette. 🌟 Plus, the spot on Bradley Park was just perfect and convenient!

Great location it was literally right by everything. Everybody was friendly and call down for everything tou need such as dishes etcs. Didn't spend much time there. Grab n go breakfast is just that. Muffins and coffee. It really wasn't a bad hotel for what I paid and as many days as I needed it for. It has a kitchenette. And I had kids visiting my husband on base and all the hotel's were bookin fast and this was a great rate

My bath tub stopper was broken. I had to go down stairs and bring old towels to get new ones...there was something splattered up my wall and door. But I washed it. Wasn't as clean as I'd liked. There was a pretty nasty fight in the parking lot by our vehicles where a whole windshield got busted out and glass stayed there most of the day.

I had a great stay at this place, the staff was really helpful during check-in and check-out, and the airport was conveniently close by.

Stayed in a room that was super clean and looked brand-new. The bed was really comfy, and having a full-size fridge and kitchenette was a real bonus. The location was spot on - made me wish I could just stay here forever and not go back to Cali! 🌴

Friendly staff! We didn't have room for our soldier in the car with our bags and we had arrives earlier than check in. So, our room wasn't ready and understandably so, but the young gentleman at the desk provided a place for our bags. Very welcoming!
